WE ARE HIRING!



We are looking for mid-level to experienced coaches who can teach aerial
classes in Silks, Lyra and Trapeze to students of all ages, from beginner to advanced levels.
Other circus skills, of manipulation, tumbling and acro are a bonus. You’ll be part of a
vibrant, supportive community with performance opportunities and a fun, engaging
environment.
This is your chance to work in a dynamic setting with people who share your passion for circus arts!


What we are looking for:
Mid-level to experienced aerial & circus coaches with expertise in aerial arts (Lyra,
Silks, Trapeze.)
 Coaching experience required (min. 1-2 years)
 Experience teaching both children and adults in a group setting.
 Circus & acrobatics skills a plus (but not essential)
 Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
 Ability to enthusiastically prioritise safety and well-being during training sessions and
actively contribute to a culture of safety.
 Experience adhering to a safe work method/risk assessment.
 Working with Children Check First Aid/CPR and required.

Key Responsibilities:
 Teach aerial and circus lessons (Silks, Lyra, Trapeze) to students of all levels.
(beginner, mid-level to advanced)
 Foster a supportive, fun, and safe learning environment.
 Assist with performances, showcases, and events.
 Stay up to date with teaching techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.

Flexible hours (10-20 hours/week), Monday to Thursday
Minimum commitment of two terms (6 months) with long-term opportunities available
